Assistant Strategic Land Manager

£40k – £50k plus package
I\’m working with a leading developer who are looking to strengthen their strategic land team, with an Assistant Strategic Land Manager. They are looking for an ambitious individual, ideally with a planning background / qualification, who wants to develop their skill-set and experience, to move into a wider strategic land role.
You\’d work closely with a couple of senior members of the team, and would work on all facets of strategic land projects, from planning and promotion, to land sourcing & acquisition, and early stage development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors on land sourcing & acquisition.
- Work on planning and promotion projects within the existing strategic land portfolio
- Ensure we build and foster relationships with public sector bodies ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Develop effective planning and land strategies to ensure our sites are optimally promoted and the value of our strategic sites are maximised.
- Work alongside the senior members of the team and assist with major projects
On offer is a salary of circa £40k – £50k plus package
