We are working with a well established national housebuilder looking to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for their development in Telford.
On offer is a basic salary of £29,000 plus a £1,500 car allowance, with mileage paid on top. You'll also receive £12,000 per annum commission plus target related bonus, bringing the role to approximately £45,000 OTE, along with an annual company bonus.
The working days are Thursday to Monday, with one weekend off in six if required.
You will be experienced in new homes sales, having worked for a developer or housebuilder guiding customers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will be target driven, customer focused and comfortable working weekends as standard in this industry.
New homes sales experience is essential to be considered.
