We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our South East team. This role sits at the heart of our service delivery operation and is best suited to someone with experience in service scheduling, coordination, or planning.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will take ownership of scheduling and coordinating maintenance work orders, ensuring service contracts are met while driving maximum productivity, efficiency, and utilisation of field-based teams. This is a fast-paced, office-based role where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential. You will act as the key link between Surveyors, operatives, and clients—keeping everything moving smoothly and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Schedule and allocate service and maintenance work orders efficiently to meet contractual requirements
- Coordinate workloads with Surveyors and operatives to maximise productivity and utilisation
- Issue clear and accurate work orders and job instructions to field-based operatives
- Ensure operatives have all necessary information to complete jobs correctly and on time
- Monitor and review operative reports for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Carry out technical and compliance checks, including monthly audits
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or service risks and escape where required
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
- Previous experience in a service scheduling, coordination, planning, or similar operational role
- Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
- Confident working independently while supporting wider team objectives
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A proactive, solution-driven approach with strong communication skills
