Overview
Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Work from Home)
Hours: 15-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (ideally between 9am-4pm)
Pay: £12.50-£17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role would suit someone who is confident working independently and has proven experience with Xero and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record keeping
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Producing accurate reports as required
- Supporting payroll processing (experience desirable but not essential)
- Liaising with management on financial matters
Requirements
- Experience using Xero and QuickBooks is essential
- Payroll experience is an advantage
- AAT, ICB qualification, or qualified by experience will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently from home within agreed hours
