We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403, P404) to join a leading UKAS-accredited environmental consultancy operating across the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled asbestos professional to join a supportive and ambitious team, delivering high-quality surveying and analytical services across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.
The Role: You will carry out a full range of asbestos services including Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and reoccupation certificates. You will work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG264
- Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke, background, and leak tests (HSG248)
- Deliver clear and accurate reports using industry software
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Requirements:
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)
- Minimum 12–18 months of industry experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices
- Flexible to travel across the North West with occasional overnight stays
