Job Opportunity: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403, P404) – North West\\nLocation: North West (Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire)\\nSalary: £32,000 – £38,000 (DOE) + Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits\\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\\n\\nWe are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst (P402, P403, P404) to join a leading UKAS-accredited environmental consultancy operating across the North West.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled asbestos professional to join a supportive and ambitious team, delivering high-quality surveying and analytical services across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nYou will carry out a full range of asbestos services including Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys, air monitoring, four-stage clearances, and reoccupation certificates. You will work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and safety.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) in line with HSG264\\n\\n * \\n\\n Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke, background, and leak tests (HSG248)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Deliver clear and accurate reports using industry software\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and company procedures\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 12–18 months of industry experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full UK driving licence (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication and reporting skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong understanding of health and safety practices\\n\\n * \\n\\n Flexible to travel across the North West with occasional overnight stays\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive salary (£34,000 – £42,000 DOE)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company vehicle + fuel card\\n\\n * \\n\\n Paid travel time and generous overtime rates\\n\\n * \\n\\n 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company pension scheme\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent training and progression opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive, team-focused environment
