We’re hiring a Unreal Engine Artist / Developer to build an expressive and immersive world for a new interactive experience designed in collaboration with a leading global automotive brand. This role is ideal for a technically-minded artist or a creatively-driven developer. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team to create real-time environments that fuse narrative, visual design, and interactivity — pushing the boundaries of digital experience.
What You’ll Do
- Build high-fidelity real-time experiences in Unreal Engine 5
- Design visual systems — materials, lighting, motion, and transitions
- Script interactivity with Blueprints (C++ optional)
- Optimise for performance across installations, screens, or large-scale outputs
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of artists, designers, and engineers
- Prototype tools and pipelines to improve creative iteration
What You Bring
- Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, especially Blueprints
- Strong visual sensibility in lighting, composition, animation, and VFX
- Proven track record delivering interactive/immersive real-time experiences
- Comfort working across procedural systems, shaders, or Niagara
- Bonus: experience with real-time inputs (OSC, JSON, LiveLink), Python, or automation tools
- Tools: Blender, Houdini, or Cinema 4D familiarity is a plus
