Data Analyst | Hybrid (London)
Are you an experienced Data Analyst with a background in insurance or financial services ? We’re seeking a skilled professional to support a Sage and Sun Systems implementation for a leading insurance organization. This is a 3-month contract role (inside IR35) , with the potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the data migration, reconciliation, and reporting processes during the system transition . Using Tableau , you will develop insights into financial data and operational performance , while ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data migration and reconciliation for Sage and Sun Systems.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and project teams to define and analyze data requirements.
- Perform data validation and transformation to ensure consistency across systems.
- Identify data trends and anomalies to guide decision-making.
- Provide post-implementation support for data analysis and reporting.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in insurance or financial services .
- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau (dashboards, data visualization, reporting).
- Familiarity with Sage and Sun Systems , particularly in a migration or reporting context.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform data reconciliation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, translating data insights into recommendations.
- Prior experience working on inside IR35 engagements is a plus.
