I am seeking an AI Engineer to be one of the first to join my clients team. The focus will be building Agents which build Apps on top of my client’s system. Your Agents will enhance most users’ daily development process, providing a better experience and automating developers’ routines. You will: Build the AI Team and create Agents Hire and lead a small team of engineers (1-2) that move fast and deliver. Spend at least 50% of your time coding. Own delivery end-to-end, from ideation through iteration and delivery Build a best-in-class team which establishes best practices and delivers quality outcomes Mentor and guide Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Participate in on-call rotations to handle and resolve critical issues. We’re looking for someone who has Experience building AI tools or Agents for Software Development Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on backend technologies and databases. Proficiency in any major backend language (Go or Rust preferred) Previous experience in a tech or team lead role Exposure to Infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Github CI/CD, and public cloud Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
