We are currently looking for a Junior Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience within the building services or M&E sector
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Proven experience of working with mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
