We are currently looking for a Junior Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience within the building services or M&E sector
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proven experience of working with mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or degree in Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
