We are currently seeking a Junior M&E Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Building Services company based in Central London. This role offers exposure across full M&E packages, with a particular emphasis on electrical building services, supporting a wide range of projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience within the building services or M&E sector
- Good working knowledge of electrical systems, with an understanding of mechanical services including HVAC and plumbing
- Experience assisting with or producing M&E cost estimates, take-offs, and tender returns
- Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong commercial awareness, numerical ability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
- Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and procurement processes
