We are looking for an enthusiastic & pro-active individual to join the team as a Junior Recruitment Resourcer. A minimum of 1 years experience in recruitment is required to fulfil the role. You will receive training on the job as well as the opportunity to gain an industry recognised apprenticeship. Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & advertising candidates for live vacancies
- Formatting CVs
- Updating databases
- Building rapport with clients
- Generating leads & referrals
- Building your own pipeline of candidates
