We are looking for an enthusiastic & pro-active individual to join the team as a Junior Recruitment Resourcer. You will receive training on the job as well as the opportunity to gain an industry recognised apprenticeship. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to grow their career in recruitment in this specialised Telecoms sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing & advertising candidates for live vacancies
  • Formatting CVs
  • Updating databases
  • Building rapport with clients
  • Generating leads & referrals
  • Building your own pipeline of candidates
  • Meeting established deadlines for long-term goals

KEY SKILLS:

  • Education to Sixth Form level as a minimum
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Confident
