The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable
Shift Engineer
to join our team at
Euston . The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all building services and facilities are operating safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks. Diagnose and rectify faults across building services and equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests. Complete routine inspections and maintenance in accordance with site requirements. Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with relevant health and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of completed works and report any outstanding issues. Work effectively as part of a multi-skilled engineering team. Support the smooth and efficient operation of the site. Participate fully in the continental shift rota, including both day and night shifts.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a
Shift Engineer , Maintenance Engineer or in a similar facilities management environment. Strong technical maintenance and fault-finding experience. Relevant engineering qualifications. Good understanding of health and safety requirements. Able to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team. Good communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues. Comfortable working a continental shift pattern including nights.
