We are currently looking for a skilled Estimator to join our client's busy Project Division within a leading Infrastructure company based in the South West.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an estimator within the building services or M&E sector
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proven experience preparing and submitting accurate project tenders and cost plans
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- HNC/HND or degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Experience working across commercial, residential, and public sector projects
