This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global financial services organisation as an HR Advisor, supporting a broad client group across EMEA, working closely with experienced HR Business Partners.
This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HR advisory work with involvement in projects, organisational change and wider people initiatives.
The role
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Support Senior HR Business Partners with key people priorities, including talent, performance, compensation and workforce planning.
- Contribute to HR projects across organisational change, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Work with HR Centres of Excellence and global HR teams on people initiatives.
- Analyse people data and create Excel-based dashboards, reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Support improvements to HR processes and the employee experience.
- Gain exposure to wider organisational change and transformation initiatives.
About you
- Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong employee relations experience is essential.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience creating HR dashboards and analysing people data.
- Experience advising managers and handling ER cases independently.
- A genuine ambition to develop your HR career, with the curiosity and drive to continuously learn and grow.
- An interest in HR projects, organisational change and improving the employee experience.
- Experience working in a complex or fast-paced organisation, ideally within financial services or professional serviices.
Location: Surrey
Working pattern: 3 days per week in the office/12 days p/m
