A leading international financial services organisation is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, organised and ambitious graduate (first or second jobber) looking to build a career in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR. You will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, supporting the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of graduates, interns, apprentices and work experience students. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and have the opportunity to contribute to a range of recruitment and programme management activities.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for early careers hires.
- Manage candidate communications, interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events.
- Support application screening, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
- Maintain recruitment systems, data and reporting.
- Assist with the delivery of internship, graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
- Coordinate inductions, training sessions and programme logistics.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Articulate, professional and confident communicator.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Interested in building a career in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous recruitment, HR or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
