Our client, a prestigious global financial services firm, is looking for a bright and passionate Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their team.
About the Department & Team:
The Reward team is responsible for creating, managing and implementing compensation policies and programmes, and managing employee benefits across the firm's International populations (primarily UK, Europe and UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for compensation and benefits inquiries from employees, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity within HR systems, ensuring robust data quality for job libraries and compensation structures.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, Payroll, and the Reward Team to ensure cohesive management of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Provide analytical and reporting support for various HR and Reward projects.
Compensation:
- Administer and maintain employee compensation packages, promotions, and ad-hoc pay increases, adhering to established processes and frameworks.
- Conduct market analysis and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
- Support with the annual pay review process, managing merit increases, promotions, and incentive schemes.
Benefits:
- Manage the data and administrative tasks associated with ongoing benefits management and renewals (e.g., risk benefits, health, and pension) across EMEA, including new joiner and leaver processes and communication with benefit providers.
- Develop engaging employee communications to promote our benefits offerings and reinforce the firm as an employer of choice.
- Process invoices related to employee benefits, ensuring reconciliation with departmental budgets.
- Liaise with brokers and benefits providers across EMEA to ensure effective management of employee benefits.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in HR, Compensation, or Benefits administration, preferably within a complex organisational structure.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on data management and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation; familiarity with Power BI and Power Query would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively at all management levels.
- Experience with employee communications and innovative ways to promote benefits is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of European languages a plus.
This role is based in the City and requires 3 days per week in the office.
