The TDA Group is seeking a hardworking Facilities Coordinator to join our Stevenage site on a hands‑on basis, supporting daily maintenance and facilities needs. You will identify issues, liaise with CBRE to arrange callouts and ensure timely resolution, with around 4–5 hours onsite per day.
As a key point of contact between the site and CBRE, you will conduct onsite checks, coordinate waste collections, and support general facilities duties while working independently and keeping stakeholders
