We are working on behalf of a well‑established building services contractor that is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to support the design and delivery of mechanical packages across CAT A and CAT B commercial fit‑out projects. This is a key role within the design team, focused on producing high‑quality MEP models and drawings, supporting HVAC design development, and working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure coordinated and buildable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop coordinated 3D Revit models for mechanical building services projects.
- Support HVAC design, including air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork, pipework, AHUs, MVHR, and associated systems.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics suitable for construction and installation.
- Assist with take‑offs and quantities to support pricing and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with electrical and public health services within a BIM environment.
- Review and update drawings in line with design changes and project requirements.
- Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and buildable solutions.
- Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications and BIM standards.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Revit Technician within MEP or building services.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination processes.
- Experience supporting HVAC/mechanical design projects.
- Ability to produce accurate, high‑quality technical drawings and models.
- Understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC and associated services.
- Experience working on commercial fit‑out projects (CAT A / CAT B preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
- Proficient with Revit and standard MS Office applications.
