The Farmhouse is a small, therapeutic children's home in Great Haywood, Staffordshire, providing specialist care for up to three children aged 5–12.
Using our unique Prep4Fostering model, we help children who have experienced significant early life trauma develop the emotional security, resilience and life skills they need to successfully transition into long-term foster families.
Our approach is trauma-informed, therapeutically led and relationship-focused.
You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with regular guidance from our dedicated Clinical Psychologist, ensuring you have the support needed to deliver exceptional care.
