We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to providing safe, nurturing, and therapeutic homes for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). You will play a key role in building a high-performing team, maintaining excellent standards of care, and achieving positive outcomes for the children you support.
- Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, registration history, and home size
- Ofsted Bonus of up to £3,000 per year
- Sign-on Bonus of up to £3,000 within your first six months
