TDA Care Solutions’ Farmhouse in Great Haywood, Staffordshire, provides therapeutic care for up to three children aged 5-12.
We’re looking for compassionate, resilient individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers, helping children overcome trauma and build life skills in a safe, nurturing home.
You’ll work 24-hour shifts including sleep-ins, lead shifts as needed, and collaborate with professionals to deliver outstanding care, with ongoing guidance from a Clinical Psychologist.
