TDA care solutions operates a 6-bed residential home in Hampshire for Children and Young People aged 11-15 with LD, Autism and complex needs. The role requires Level 3 or 4 in residential care and a full right to work in the UK, plus a driving license and access to a vehicle.
Night shifts run 21:30–08:30 with variations during half terms. Week 1 covers Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun; Week 2 covers Wed and Thurs. The home plans to always have one extra staff on shift to prevent burnout.
