Job Overview: The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

Depth & Scope:

  • Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels.
  • Coaches other team members within area of expertise.
  • Identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade, and TD Insurance.
  • Helps senior management by providing insightful, pro‑active reporting and analysis for corporate and business line initiatives.
  • Works with line of business team members and resources.
  • Resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, and outside contacts as necessary.
  • Works cross‑functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes.
  • Adds financial value to the company by analyzing data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience with at least 3+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects.
