Position Overview
Personal Assistant, supporting various infrastructure leaders, including the Head of Compliance. Providing administrative support to wider teams and providing assistant coverage as required to other assistants within the bank.
- Diary management
- Organizing and facilitating meetings
- Arranging all aspects of domestic and international travel
- Processing and management of expense reports and invoices
- General administrative support to supporting teams
- Team event co-ordination
- Maintaining private and confidential documents

Desired experience/skillset:
- 2 years\’ minimum administrative/PA experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Outlook, Teams, Work, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Webex
- Communicate effectively with good judgment, initiative and proactiveness.
- Ability to pay high attention to detail whilst working in a fast past environment.
