Position Overview:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, offering timely advice to colleagues via the AskHR portal and additional mailboxes across the Europe and Asia Pacific region
- Manage end-to-end processes, from onboarding to termination and lifecycle transactions, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Leave of absence advice and administration – guiding employees through the company family friendly policies (i.e. maternity, paternity, shared parental leave)
- Partner with key stakeholders across the HR function (HR Business Partners, Payroll), ensuring HR systems are up to date, and processes are aligned
- Manage global mobility actions for those travelling to and from our regions
- Manage internal and external audit requests and elevate as required
- Participate in annual HR activities, year-end compensation, regulatory obligations under Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR), Individual Accountability Regime (IAF) and equivalent regulatory bodies in other regions as required
- Actively participate in regional or global projects dedicated to enhancing efficiency and process design
- Actively participate in the implementation of legislative and regulatory change across processes and supporting standard operating procedures
