We are seeking a highly motivated HR Coordinator for our Europe and Asia Pacific (EAP) region. This role involves managing the annual re-screening program for colleagues across these regions, working closely with our background screening vendor and internal stakeholders. It is ideal for someone with HR administration experience looking to deepen their knowledge of regional regulations and HR processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary contact for the annual regulatory re-screening program across EAP, providing timely responses and updates.
  • Collaborate with HR and Compliance teams to ensure smooth processing and escalation management.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers for the re-screening activities.
  • Generate and issue regulatory Certificates via Workday for UK and Ireland.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the re-screening process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in HR administration.
  • Background screening experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulation under SMCR is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Workday.
