The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Work closely with the TD Prime Client Services team and/or the Clients in communicating unmatched trades and/or failing trades. Support the pre-and-post trade process by utilizing proprietary systems for downstream trade processing, ensuring the accurate allocation of trades to client accounts for all Global Markets.

Review daily exception reports; research and resolve exceptions to ensure accurate reconciliation. Monitor several Middleware applications to ensure timely and accurate trade and allocation processing. Work with Operations teams, mainly Domestic and International Settlements, Onboarding, Middle Office, and Internal Control, to resolve settlement issues and imbalances.

Handle all ad-hoc trade booking/trade correction requests from various Front-End desks and Client Services. Act as the first line of defense for transaction reporting by managing controls and oversight metrics to show trends and anomalies that require further root cause analysis and remediation, and escalation of such items. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ work experience in Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Experience in Accounting, Finance, or the securities industry preferred. Experience with a broker dealer or back-office operations is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of products is required with a heavy emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with DTCC products a plus
  • Team-oriented environment, but must also be a self-starter who can manage competing priorities
  • Large volume of email. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
