Seeks supervisory support as issues arise. Liaising with production/planning teams to resolve issues with orders.* Provides reports/data on daily performance achievements against targets, as required.* Supports new processes with supervision.* Carry out inventory functions as required.* Presents daily team brief at the start of each shift.* Has the ability to perform all associated tasks within own area of responsibility. Supporting training of newer associates.* Monitors the work area to ensure that all safety standards are upheld.* Ensures materials are counted and in stock to meet company requirements.* Carry out any reasonable request by the management team.* Supports supervisor with operations in defining, documenting, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with the QMS, ISO 9001 and 14001 frameworks.* Contributes to continuous improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
