Drive the Future of Import Operations with AI & Automation. At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a process-driven, technically skilled professional to help transform our EMEA import operations through automation and AI. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with our Import Analysts and Import Manager across EMEA, designing practical solutions to reduce manual workload, improve data quality, and strengthen compliance. You’ll play a key role in moving our team from manual, reactive processes to automated, exception-based workflows. This is a remote based role for a 12 month maternity cover.

What You’ll Be Doing- Build scalable workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps
- Analyse and automate post-entry import processes
- Implement AI-driven document processing (OCR / AI Builder) to classify and extract key data
- Create a central Post-Entry Control Framework to track tasks, ownership, and audit trails
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and innovative solutions
- Work alongside global teams to complement (not alter) centrally managed datasets
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and avoid duplication or conflicts
- Build local Power BI solutions to support operational visibility
- Develop Power BI dashboards and alerts to identify missing data, anomalies, and exceptions
- Reduce manual workload
