Job Purpose: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of Digital Programmes to deliver results in line with the company strategy and values.
Responsibilities:
- Document clear processes for Digital Programmes and Project Manage the execution.
- Utilise tools, business reporting, external influencers to gain digital awareness and actively suggest programme introductions and enhancements.
- Provide measurement of programmes and continual improvement through Digital BU Agency team.
- Review data and commercial reports weekly.
- Measure Return on Investment for newly implemented programmes.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Focus on achieving results.
- Project and process management experience.
- Marketing experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Ability to motivate others and build relationships.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Self-motivated.
