What You’ll Be Doing

Your purpose is to provide industry-leading customer service by managing aftersales inquiries accurately, professionally, and with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Investigate, advise on, and resolve aftersales queries and delivery-related issues
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring every query is managed through to resolution
  • Own and progress all cases within agreed service levels
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and delegation of authority when handling delivery situations
  • Improve efficiencies in query handling and deliveries, helping reduce credit notes and minimise losses
  • Highlight root cause issues and support the business in addressing them
  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEX’s eBusiness customer service tools
  • Support colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and maintain a strong team ethic
  • Uphold TD SYNNEX values in all actions and decisions
  • Support with additional duties as required

Above all, you will act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their experience is smooth, supportive, and solutions-focused.
