Shaping digital platforms, partner value and commercial growth at scale. TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced Senior Director to be the business lead for PartnerFirst and eCommerce across Europe - a strategic, high-impact role spanning two critical areas of our European business. Working closely with European leadership, global teams, IT, Digital and Marketing, you’ll define and deliver a cohesive PartnerFirst strategy while setting the commercial direction for our European eCommerce platform. Your focus will be on platform adoption, monetisation, conversion, profitability, customer experience and successful market engagement, ensuring our digital capabilities continue to innovate and evolve to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • PartnerFirst leadership
    • Define and evolve the key pillars of the PartnerFirst transformation across Europe.
    • Ensure continuous execution of a compelling and competitive PartnerFirst value proposition and digital experience.
    • Partner closely with IT, Digital BU, regional digital leaders and central Marketing to align vision, strategy, market positioning and delivery.
    • Establish clear governance and business workstreams to drive ongoing evolution and innovation across the organisation.
    • Build and lead a forum of platform experience leaders to share best practice and drive a cohesive UX and design approach.
  • eCommerce strategy & execution
    • Develop and lead the commercial strategy for the European eCommerce platform.
    • Drive improved CSAT, utilisation, monetisation, conversion and profitability.
    • Partner with IT leadership to align development, UX, product management and analytics with platform strategy and benefits focus.
    • Influence regional e-business and marketing teams to increase platform adoption, user sessions and digital revenue.
    • Govern new development requests to ensure they are harmonised, within budget and deliver material impact on schedule.
  • Executive engagement
    • Report progress, challenges and outcomes to senior executives.
    • Act as a visible advocate for platform strategy and value across the wider business.
    • Ensure clarity of project status and support executive engagement around any risks and issues on planning and delivery.

What you’ll bring
