Job Purpose: The Senior OneStream Developer will play a key role in TD SYNNEX’s global Finance transformation, supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the company’s OneStream platform. Working closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, this role will design and deliver scalable solutions that support financial consolidation, close, planning, forecasting, reporting, and other critical Finance processes. As part of a global Finance Systems team, the successful candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and the delivery of a reliable, high-performing EPM environment supporting users across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain OneStream solutions including Business Rules, Finance Rules, Extender Rules, Dashboard XFBRs, Cube Views, Workflows, Data Management Sequences, and Integrations.
- Develop and enhance solutions using OneStream, VB.NET, SQL, and OneStream APIs to support financial consolidation, close, planning, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, and other Finance processes.
- Build, configure, and support OneStream metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and application components following established development standards.
- Develop and maintain integrations between OneStream and ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise applications using SQL, flat files, REST APIs, and integration tools.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design, technical analysis, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, calculation logic, data processing, and integration efficiency.
- Support application upgrades, platform enhancements, release management, and production deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design specifications, development standards, and support documentation.
- Support data governance and ensure the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability of financial data.
- Collaborate with global team members, implementation partners, contractors, and business users across multiple regions.
- Participate in ongoing system enhancements, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement activities within the Finance Systems.
- Support critical financial close, forecasting, and planning cycles while providing production support for a global user community across EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Required:
- 6+ years of experience developing and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.
- Experience with alternative EPM technologies such as Oracle Hyperion/HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), or similar platforms.
- Strong experience developing OneStream Business Rules, Finance Rules, Extender Rules, Dashboard XFBRs, Cube Views, Workflows, Data Management Sequences, and Integration solutions.
- Strong programming experience with VB.NET.
- Advanced SQL development and database skills.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between OneStream and enterprise applications.
- Experience working with OneStream metadata, dimensional modeling, security, and application administration concepts.
- Solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, account reconciliations, and management reporting processes.
- Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting enterprise financial applications.
- Experience working within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes including testing, deployment, release management, and change management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- Experience participating in one or more full-cycle OneStream implementations.
- Experience supporting OneStream Cloud (SaaS) environments.
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, PowerShell, or other integration technologies.
- Experience with source control and release management practices.
