Lead Operational Excellence and Deliver Outstanding Customer Outcomes at TD SYNNEX! We’re looking for an experienced and people‑focused Sales Operations Team Leader to work alongside the Sales Operations Manager, guiding, motivating and developing a high‑performing team. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.
  • Role‑model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and outstanding queries.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
  • Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and customer escalations, responding quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.
  • Coach, guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
  • Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.
