Working closely with customers, IT teams, operations, and commercial stakeholders, you'll play a key role in onboarding, testing, supporting, and continuously improving our digital and e-commerce solutions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support customer integrations and transitioning from manual or legacy processes to electronic platforms and digital solutions.
  • Configure, test, and validate customer integrations, including EDI, API, XML, and web portal solutions.
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and commercial teams to coordinate integration projects and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues during implementation and rollout phases.
  • Deliver customer training and support sessions to encourage successful adoption of electronic solutions.
  • Provide technical support and act as a key point of contact for integration-related queries.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and customer configuration guides.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital and e-commerce platforms.
  • Undertake additional project and operational activities as required.
