What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion product mind share through desk training, tool enablement, and sales floor engagement.
- Build and maintain a detailed pipeline in our CRM (Compass).
- Report weekly to vendors on sell-out activity and promotional performance.
- Support execution of business and marketing plans.
- Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams.
- Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues.
- Guide development of web tools and vendor microsites.
- Communicate product info, pricing, and promotions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Run call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.
- Engage directly with customers as needed.
