We’re looking for an experienced and people‑focused Sales Operations Team Leader to work alongside the Sales Operations Manager, guiding, motivating and developing a high‑performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing Support workload planning and daily priority management to ensure the team is organised and performing effectively.

Role‑model Sales Operational Excellence, consistently achieving targets and KPIs.

Support Sales Operations training, including onboarding and induction activities.

Assist with the delivery and administration of business incentives for the Sales Operations team.

Build strong working relationships with the Internal Sales Management team.

Deputise for the Sales Operations Manager when required.

Strong time management and prioritisation skills.

Experience building effective relationships with coworkers and customers.

Previous experience working with a CRM system.

A professional and confident telephone manner.

Understanding of sales and operational processes.

Strong people engagement and coaching capability.
