- Build and execute growth strategies to drive profitable revenue across the IBM Software portfolio.
- Recruit, develop, and enable partners to expand their software capabilities and unlock new business opportunities.
- Drive pipeline creation through targeted sales initiatives, campaigns, events, and strategic account engagement.
- Position IBM solutions through value-based selling, connecting technology investments to customer business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with IBM, partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate go-to-market success.
- Lead partner enablement activities, sales plays, demand generation programmes, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with licensing, commercial, technical, and marketing teams to identify and win strategic opportunities.
