Job Purpose
This leadership role is responsible for the delivery of digitally led, data-driven marketing programs across Europe. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 35 professionals, ensuring the operational excellence , efficiency, and effectiveness of campaign execution.
A key part of the role includes working within a shared services model, driving collaboration across teams and aligning marketing execution with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution, and delivery of marketing programs for vendors and clients, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage the operational performance of service delivery teams, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and manage budgets effectively to drive cost-efficiency and value for money.
- Continuously improve service processes and workflows, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and drive operational innovation.
- Design and evolve the shared services delivery model to enhance consistency, scalability, and efficiency across regions and functions.
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in marketing operations, program delivery, or related fields
- 5–8 years of direct people management experience
- Experience in marketing agencies, shared service environments or or business/operational excellence functions.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to align execution to business impact
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
