Responsibilities:

  • Daily order loading and quoting activities.
  • Supporting the sales teams in providing excellent service.
  • Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline and service level agreements are achieved.
  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
