We are seeking an exceptional talent to join us in our Payroll & Benefits team who will be responsible for processing the administration of company benefits, ensuring data is accurately maintained across systems while providing excellent customer service to our co-workers for a 12-month fixed-term contract maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee information within the payroll system including processing starters and leavers.
  • Process monthly payrolls including statutory and company payments (e.g. Maternity, Paternity, Sickness, Holiday).
  • Administer all employee benefits on the benefits platform, ensuring accuracy across systems.
  • Regularly maintain benefits data for all new starters, leavers, and changes to benefits cover.
  • Complete reporting, reconciling cover and associated deductions and providing information securely to relevant third-parties.
  • Update records for pension contributions, auto enrolments, opt in, opt out, and temporary changes to contributions.
  • Assist with reporting requirements to provide up-to-date metrics on benefits uptake.
  • Support with communication of benefits to help improve awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor the mailboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and track invoices from benefit providers making sure that correct and timely payments are made.
  • Deliver monthly presentations to new starters on the benefits options available.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Good communication skills, able to build rapport.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
