What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and specialist product knowledge.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and solution‑led conversations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Use customer insights to drive short, medium, and long‑term inside‑selling strategies.
  • Manage customer backorders and identify project opportunities using specialist knowledge.
  • Own projects end‑to‑end or collaborate with pre‑sales for technical requirements.
  • Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and manage customer expectations.
