Lead, shape and grow a high-impact vendor business. The successful candidate must have networking experience. This is a senior, visible leadership role where you'll take ownership of a vendor portfolio and lead a team of high-performing Business Development professionals to drive profitable market share growth across the UK IT channel. Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you'll create and execute robust business plans, influence internal sales teams, and build strong partnerships with vendors and customers. This role is suited to an A-calibre leader with proven IT channel experience, strong commercial judgement and the confidence to lead from the front.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of Business Development professionals to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
- Growing TD SYNNEX's share of wallet with assigned vendor(s) across the IT channel.
- Owning the creation, execution and governance of vendor business plans.
- Driving a high-performance culture and ensuring effective use of sales, marketing and reporting tools.
- Partnering with Marketing to develop and execute joint marketing plans.
- Managing accurate weekly forecasting and building a strong, qualified pipeline.
- Developing senior relationships with vendors, channel partners and key customers.
- Engaging directly on large deals, pipeline acceleration and complex commercial negotiations.
- Negotiating pricing, rebates and commercial terms.
- Raising the internal and external profile of your vendor(s) across TD SYNNEX.
- Providing strategic input into purchasing, pricing and market propositions.
- Acting as an active member of the Business Unit leadership team.
