What You'll Be Doing

  • Own P&L accountability, understanding, influencing, and delivering against growth and profitability targets.
  • Set and drive the strategic direction for Business Unit(s) in partnership with European leadership.
  • Lead senior‑level relationships with vendors and customers, acting as escalation point where required.
  • Develop, own, and execute divisional and vendor business plans, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Identify market growth opportunities and build clear, executable plans to capitalise on them.
  • Drive share of wallet, market share, and long‑term commercial performance.
  • Provide strategic input into purchasing, sales, and pricing policy.
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve Business Unit objectives.
  • Build strong channel and stakeholder relationships internally and externally, up to board level.
  • Increase the visibility and profile of the Business Unit across the organisation and wider market.
  • Contribute new ideas that influence planning and execution at both strategic and operational levels.
