Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Campaign Success Practice Manager to define and uphold standards of marketing execution, campaign governance, and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in translating vendor and customer requirements into impactful, efficient, and scalable marketing programs. The Campaign Success Practice Manager will shape how we deliver services, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality campaign execution aligned with commercial objectives. This individual contributor role is pivotal to optimizing service delivery, improving reporting standards, and embedding a consistent, high-performance approach to campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Campaign Success Playbook, setting clear standards, workflows, and accountability across all stages of campaign execution.
- Act as an operational and strategic lead for campaign delivery — ensuring programs are structured, governed, and executed effectively and efficiently.
- Translate customer and vendor requirements into executable campaign plans, guiding internal teams on best-fit approaches.
- Monitor execution KPIs and campaign outcomes to drive continuous improvement, ensuring excellence in performance and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with vendor-facing teams to ensure the quality of incoming campaign briefs and ensure strategic alignment with TDS service standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Solid background in both marketing strategy and operational delivery.
- Experience with campaign governance frameworks, reporting, and scalable execution models.
- Strong marketing background with operational insight.
- Proven ability to turn business or customer requirements into structured, outcome-driven programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line management.
