We are looking for a bright and motivated Consultant to support the design, deployment, improvement and adoption of our digital products and platforms and to join our European team driving our digital transformation strategy. Your role is to lead program management of large‐scale European adoption and excellence programs and actively support the business innovation process. You will need to seek active buy‑in at various levels; from country advocates to management up to senior European business management teams. You’re an active voice of the customer and role model to foster customer‑centricity. As a key contributor to define and manage the change strategy you will facilitate meetings to discuss key enablers and risks during the deployment of platform and product adoption initiatives and deliver go‑to‑market with your co‑workers. To achieve success, you will become an SME in your focus area with strong relationships with central support functions (IT, HR, Marketing, DataCloud, etc.), European Business Units and country teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Leads the design and innovation of sales, marketing and customer activities that drive customer adoption and profitable growth through our platforms.
  • Partner with web analytics to measure and manage adoption and share impact of digital business across all European countries and executive forums.
  • SME for DAP (Digital Adoption Platform solution) to implement user stories, tips and onboarding in our platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT UX CX and Product Management on deliverables and taking country and customer voice as a beacon to define roadmap priorities.
  • Co‑create best practices for adoption of platforms and digital business through active partnership with European and country teams.
  • Collaborate with management of local front‑office organizations across TD SYNNEX European operations to implement on‑time and on‑budget initiatives aligned to key corporate objectives.
  • Coaches and develops Digital Platform co‑workers across the European organization on platform benefits, user stories and adoption playbook.
  • Leverages and maintains in-depth market knowledge of our solutions, customer and product segment needs, and how these interconnect for profitable growth.
  • Key liaison and sounding board for IT and central support functions (Data, Customer Transformation, Marketing) and in‑country business leaders to drive functional & system innovations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information with higher levels of management (managers & above).
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional language.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Possesses strong organisational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
