About the role
We’re seeking a detail‑driven Sales Order Executive to support our internal sales function. The role involves processing orders, maintaining accuracy, building relationships, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling.
- Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
- Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
- Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
